Course fee is $1,600.  If you have contracted through OARS in the eight months prior to course date, then the fee is reduced to $500. Fee includes the use of a dedicated computer, snacks and beverages.  Due to numerous requests, we have reduced the course fee by $400 by eliminating catered lunches and other amenities, but you will now receive a year subscription to EIVA's new interactive eLearning site. Once booked, it is STRONGLY recommended that you review the material on the eLearning site prior to the start of the course.  Transportation, accommodation, and meals are not included in the course fee. Course participation is a minimum of 5 persons, otherwise the course is subject to cancellation.

Please contact Jake Dumaine at jake.dumaine(at)oarsolutions.com for course information and to register.  Course cancellation policy is located in the course information packet.

The main building blocks for the dedicated training courses are listed in the EIVA Training Matrix.

Entry level competency depends on the curriculum of the course. However for the general courses we recommend that attendees, as a minimum, have a basic knowledge of hydrographic surveying. The courses are taught in the English language. We therefore recommend that all trainees have a good command of this language.
